FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for treating diseased condition selected from warts, molluscum contagiosum, keloid and skin cancer, which contains imiquimod in final concentration of 8 % to 0.1 % (wt) and tazarotene in final concentration of 0.1 % to 0.001 % (wt). Invention enables to produce a composition for combined administration of an imidazoquinoline compound, such as imiquimod with a retinoid agent, such as tazarotene.
EFFECT: composition provides improved penetration of imiquimod, which extremely does not irritate skin, possess high efficiency, good tolerance, ease of use of drug.
