FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry and represents a topical composition for treating skin diseases, namely blackheads or psoriasis, or reducing wrinkles on skin, containing: a) a retinoid compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; b) at least one foaming additive; c) gluconolactone and tocofersolan as anti-irritants and d) one or more dermatologically acceptable excipients, wherein the gluconolactone content is not less than 0.25 % based on the total weight of the composition, the tocofersolan content is not less than 0.50 % based on the total weight of the composition, and the total content of said anti-irritants is less than 3 % based on total weight of composition.
EFFECT: invention provides suppressing irritation caused by retinoid compound, higher retinoid deposition, does not cause dry skin.
