Device comprises a synchronising counter intended for local alignment of signal transmission in a certain device with transmission of signals in a system comprising one or more other devices, coupled with possibility to communicate by means of interconnection; and multilevel stack, including physical layer logic, channel layer logic and protocol layer logic, physical layer logic at least partially made in hardware and is designed to synchronise reset of counter with a certain external determined signal globally maintained for system; and synchronise with said determined signal entering transmitting channel state data transfer based on counter.

EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency with maximum power saving.
