SUBSTANCE: LLI master with interconnection architecture, containing: a processor for generating a transaction not compatible with LLI; the conversion logic associated with the processor and designed to convert a transaction that is not LLI compliant to an LLI package; and an LLI controller associated with the conversion logic. The LLI controller is for communicating the device with the interconnect architecture with the LLI communication channel and the LLI controller is for transmitting the symbol corresponding to the LLI packet over the LLI channel in which the transaction is selected from the PCI configuration transaction and the PCIE configuration transaction and in which the conversion logic should convert transaction configuration in the LLI service package.
