SUBSTANCE: system and method in which, in response to the correction the first component and a communication link-partner component, the first component serves for transmitting the first set of data to the communication link-partner component. The first component may comprise a receiver for receiving the first set of correcting data. The first component may further comprise memory, which is connected to the receiver, for storing correcting data. Furthermore, coefficient logic may hold, the said logic being connected to coefficient memory, for generating the first set of coefficients based on the first set of correcting data. The first component is designed for sending the first set of coefficients to the communication link-partner component.
EFFECT: efficient communication link correction.
