FIELD: meteorology.
SUBSTANCE: method is intended for active action on atmospheric processes, namely to prevent formation of fog. Near-surface air is directed to a cooling chamber. Air is humidified in cooling chamber up to saturation with water vapour. Humidified air is supplied to vortex generator. Air is lifted to the height of dew point for further formation of cloud layer. Cloud layer protects the earth surface against cooling.
EFFECT: method prevents fogging during night due to decrease of temperature near the Earth surface.
