FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to highly ecofriendly methods and devices for the local impact on the atmosphere, for example to cause precipitations, clear clouds and fogs away, clean polluted atmosphere over the specified area. The impact implies using air ionisers to generate ion flows into the atmosphere for producing convection currents and/or space charges. It is proposed to use an ioniser (a group of ionisers) with adjusted inclination of the working sections to control the parametres of the ion flow generated.
EFFECT: possibility to change the ioniser electrode configuration (inclination) allows for its application to solve various tasks on regulating the atmospheric conditions over the specified area.
