SUBSTANCE: claimed device for forming of flat rolled stock (1) to tubes with cutout (2 comprises at least one internal forming tool (3) for at least stepwise forming of flat rolled stock (1) in radial direction of cross-sections of shell rings to be made or pipe semis, as well as at least one external forming tool (4) for forming of flat rolled stock (1) from outside. At least one light source (7) and at least one receiver (8) are connected with at least one inner internal tool (3) for measurement of at least the internal outline of tube with cutout or semi-finished pipe. Claimed process consists in that the local outline or shape of formed flat rolled stock (1) is registered during the forming process.
EFFECT: higher precision of shape and sizes.
