FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolled pipe internal dimensions optical measurement methods. Method involves sensor device (9) horizontal movement inside pipe (3), having laser tracker (12) by means of which laser beam (10) is emitted inside pipe (3). Sensor device (9) is horizontally moved inside pipe (3). Laser tracker (12) is installed fixedly and linearly opposite to sensor device (9) path end. At that, laser tracker (12) tracks sensor device (9) current position inside pipe (3) by means of laser beam (13) and records sensor device (9) deviations from pipe inner surface. At that, laser beam (13) is reflected from reflector (14) installed on sensor device (9) back to laser tracker (12), and performing continuous recording of sensor device (9) distance from laser tracker (12), by means of which three-dimensional measurement is performed and presentation of pipe (3) internal outline and/or weld on optical images recording device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of rolled pipes internal dimensions measurement method.
