FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining amorphous quartz from rise husk, which contains amorphous quartz, includes washing of rise husk with water, drying, pyrolysis under anaerobic conditions at 600-1000 degrees Celsius, collection of pyrolysis gases. After that, processing of solid residue of pyrolysis is carried out with hydrochloric or nitric acid with their concentration 3-10 wt % and solid residue is annealed under aerobic conditions at 500-800 degrees Celsius. Collected pyrolysis gas is returned into production.
EFFECT: invention ensures ecological safety of process and reduction of energy consumption.
