FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of pyrolysis plants processing waste of renewable hydrocarbon material, in particular in form of wood chips, by thermal decomposition and subsequent use of the obtained products. Pyrolysis plant contains technologically interconnected wood grinding unit, a drying chamber, a generator of thermal decomposition of wood chips. Additionally there are technologically connected: a primary gasoline-raw material heater connected to the drying chamber, a secondary gasoline-raw material heater connected to the primary raw material heater and to the wood chips thermal decomposition generator, dilution water steam generator connected to primary and secondary gasoline raw material heaters, gasoline-raw material evaporation unit connected to wood chips thermal decomposition generator, dilution water steam generator, secondary gasoline raw material heater, unit for overheating of mixture of benzene-raw gas vapors, water steam of dilution and generator gas, connected to unit for evaporation of gasoline-raw material, quenching and evaporation device connected to drying chamber, with unit for overheating mixture of gasoline-raw material vapors, water steam of dilution and generator gas, smoke exhauster, blow fan, air heater connected to each other and drying connected to the chamber, with generator of thermal decomposition of wood chips, with primary and secondary petrol fuel heaters, with a dilution water steam generator, with a gasoline-raw material evaporation unit, with a petrol-raw material vapor overheating unit, water steam dilution and generator gas and use of an additional hydrocarbon component in form of gasoline raw material, water-vapor-mixed drying of wood and with generator gas when used for heating of gasoline-raw material heat of pyrolysis products of wood, further heating of the mixture and stabilization of the obtained pyrolysis gas composition.
EFFECT: obtaining pyrolysis gas for petrochemistry by thermal processing of wood using intermediate products of generator gas and steam.
