FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Ceramic mould is annealed at 800-1000°C for 2-4 hours, cooled down to 20-950°C and cured at the latter for 10-40 minutes. Liquid alloy overheated by 50-200°C relative to initial temperature of fusion is teemed into said mould after 10-100 seconds. Said mould is immersed in cooling liquid medium at constant or variable rate at 15-85°C, said medium being composed of 1-99 vol % of the liquid polymer aqueous solution.
EFFECT: high surface quality and homogeneity of macro- and microstructure in the wall cross-section.
