FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: before filling up of moulds by the modified melt it should be cooled in the stove to the temperature Tlw +10÷50°С for pure metals and eutectic alloys, where Tlw - the temperature of zero fluidity; Tcr - the temperature of crystallization. For more full removing remised in the alloy gas, before filling up of moulds the stove is cooled to the temperature Tsol of alloy and to the temperature Tlw of pure metals and eutectic alloys, and then rapidly heated till temperature Tlw +10÷50°С for alloys or Tlw +10÷50°С for pure metals and eutectic alloys, where Tsol - final temperature of alloy consolidation. The filling up of the mould is done with the speed of melt with gate speed up to 10 m/s. The consolidation of the alloy filled the mould is done with supply of gas pressure to it. EFFECT: it is increased the mechanical qualities of derivable mouldings.
