FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains pressure tight reservoir with a casting form located above the furnace with melt, a metal conductor with a cylinder portion, connecting melt in a crucible of the furnace with the casting mold, and a power drive for horizontal relocation of the metal conductor or reservoir and for cutting off metal melt. The pressure tight reservoir is equipped with gas pipes for supply of gas flow under pressure, for vacuum compaction and for connection with atmosphere. The metal conductor is made expendable with a thickness of a wall of the cylinder portion 0.5-5 mm. The metal conductor or its cylinder portion are made out of iron carbon alloys with an aluminised surface or out of aluminium iron, or out of titanium alloy and are equipped with heat protective coating formed under micro plasma oxidising mode.
EFFECT: possibility to produce casts out of iron or non ferrous alloys with upgraded mechanical characteristics; reduction of casts weight and thickness of their walls while maintaining the structure strength.
