FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a bismuth oxide doped silver-tin oxide material for electric contacts, and may find application in the electrical industry. Method comprises alloying metallic silver, tin and bismuth in an inert atmosphere in the following ratio, at.% silver - 70-80; Bi - 0.8-1.0; tin - the rest, and oxidation of the resulting alloy in air at 1273 K for 60 min.
EFFECT: invention aims at simplifying the method for producing doped oxide material electrocontact bismuth SnO2-Ag.
