FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used to determine spatial coordinates of stationary or mobile radio signal transmitting object. Radio signal transmitted by object, formed as harmonic modulated harmonic function of preset type. At that, transmits radio signals object may have own time reference system. Transmitted signal is received in-order numbered ground stations in an amount of N ≥ 4 with specified in three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates of phase centres of antennae with subsequent transmission over communication lines for common for all stations subsystem, including with common reference frequency generator. At moments of receiving radio signals (taking into account delays, signals in communication lines and necessary corrections) and given coordinates of stations to determine coordinates of object. Method can be implemented by modern hardware components and microprocessor technology.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of measurement of spatial coordinates of radio-technical systems.
