SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical and molecular genetics. Method of determining inhibiting activity FACT at models of chemical compounds with help of computer simulation of protein-ligand docking involves formation of molecular model SptM protein domain FACT including sections a.o. 899-905 and 915-940, formation of molecular model of analysed chemical compound, performance of procedure of molecular docking, which if binding models of chemical compounds with sections a.o. 899-905 and 915-940 presence in analysed model inhibiting FACT activity.
EFFECT: use of method reduces errors in selection of compounds and improves reliability of their determination.
