FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns a test system for chemical compounds screening for inhibitory activity against PARP-1 based on FRET microscopy of single particles (spFRET), which is a mixture comprising a mononucleosome complex on a nucleosome-positioning DNA template labeled with a pair of fluorophores, forming donor-acceptor pairs to implement the FRET effect; PARP-1 protein and its substrate - NAD+. The group of inventions also relates to a method for chemical compounds screening for inhibitory activity against PARP-1 based on FRET microscopy of single particles.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides detection of compounds directed to PARP-1 and capable of inhibiting its activity.
