FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: animal waste disposal unit is proposed. The device comprises a horizontal housing divided by vertical partitions into chambers of acidic, neutral, alkaline and methane fermentation, a gas cavity in the upper part of the housing, and in the lower - a settling chamber, an unloading device, and a stirring means. The stirring means is made in the form of a drive horizontal shaft with blades and is provided with the hopper of continuous loading of a feedstock with a grinder. The vertical partitions on the site of interaction with the blades are made perforated, the housing is made conical with the increasing diameter of the fermentation chambers. The cone apex has a cylindrical chamber on top of which there is the hopper of continuous loading of the feedstock, at the end of the cylindrical chamber an electric drive is provided, rotating the shaft with a screw. The screw crushes the feedstock and feeds it into the chamber of acid fermentation and further into the chamber of neutral, alkaline, methane fermentation. The surface of the conical housing and the cylindrical chamber is covered with a heat insulating material. On top of the housing there are the packets of a solar collector, inside the walls of the conical housing and the cylindrical chamber mounted tubes are provided, made with the ability of heating the chambers of fermentation with the coolant heated in the solar collectors.
EFFECT: continuous fermentation process, temperature control for the reproduction of active bacteria.
