FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold sheet forging, particularly, to shaping of thin-wall axially symmetric shells. Device contains matrix, upper conical clamp lower clamp, male die. At lower clamp additionally there is elastic element in form of truncated conical shell, inner surface of which corresponds to external surface of male die bottom part with certain combination of sizes.
EFFECT: high accuracy of dimensions is achieved.
