FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and more particularly to methods for vibration diagnostics. Method of measuring vibration loads on aircraft engine involves measuring vibration with subsequent determination of spectral power density of vibration acceleration process Wxx(f) calculations integral characteristic of Qxx(f), which is accumulated in frequency area under curve of spectral power density. Then amplitude levels and frequency of vibration loads by selection of frequencies with peak levels of spectral density in Wxx(f) and detecting sudden increments Δi ordinate area. Acceleration amplitude is determined by results of approximation of each Δi at frequencies fi to mean square amplitude of A i 2 harmonic oscillations. All other frequencies, where there are no realise step increments are referred to random making measured vibration process with level of produced power spectral density. Compared to similar parameters fitted in technical requirements, and vibration compatibility new engine operating in power plant.
EFFECT: technical result is high measurement accuracy, faster diagnosis.
