METHOD FOR VIBRATION DIAGNOSTICS OF TECHNICAL CONDITION OF GAS TURBINE ENGINES IN RESOURCE-SAVING MODES USING THEORY OF INVARIANTS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01M15/14

Abstract RU 2754479 C1

FIELD: gas turbine engine diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for vibration diagnostics of periodic mechanisms, in particular to a method for vibration diagnostics of gas turbine engines (GTE). The method for vibration diagnostics of the technical condition of gas turbine engines in resource-saving modes using the theory of invariants is based on the measurement and analysis of information arrays of vibroacoustic parameters of the object of diagnosis obtained in the modes of cold or technological cranking of the engine, the determination and study of changes in the correlation relationships between measurement channels in the system of vibration diagnostics using the theory of invariants and cumulants of higher-order spectra, and as a result the determination of the technical condition of the object in the course of comparing the results of the study with their reference values.

EFFECT: increasing accuracy, reliability and efficiency of diagnosing gas turbine engines in resource-saving modes of operation.
