To this end, a power management device for channel interfaces is proposed, which includes: a plurality of hardware buffers, each of which contains information associated with virtual channels; a configuration logic for determining an identifier corresponding to the maximum number of virtual channels, which are usually supported by the first device and the second device, and to obtain a control value and a gate logic for applying voltage to the hardware buffers, in which the gate logic is configured to prevent the operation voltage from being applied to at least one of the plurality of hardware buffers, when the maximum number of virtual channels is less than the number of hardware buffers.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of energy-saving channel interfaces.
