SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to an energy accumulation and storage device, which can be used as part of linear autonomous systems that convert sunlight directly into electricity. Linear energy accumulation and storage module for autonomous power supply of electrical devices and equipment consists of two electrodes, coated with metal-organic structure (MOF) based on copper, a porous separator, wherein entire surface of MOF-structure and porous separator are impregnated with ionic liquid.

EFFECT: use of MOF-structure with ionic liquid provides higher capacitance of module during its operation in wide range of operating temperatures.
