FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment, in particular to the supercapacitors. Supercapacitor consists of the sealed protective housing, electrically isolated from each other first and second electrodes. One or both of the electrodes are also insulated from the housing. Cell free volume and space between the electrodes are filled with electrolyte, which is the H2SO4 or HNO3 acid solution, or NaOH or KOH alkali, or the KCl, NaCl, KNO3, Na2SO4 salts solution. On the first electrode surface carbonaceous materials are deposited, containing radioisotopes with the one type beta decay or the radioisotopes mixture with beta decay C-14, H-3, Ni-63, Sr-90, Kr-85. Supercapacitor manufacturing method consists in the first and second electrodes preparation with the carbon-containing materials surface layer deposition, first and second electrodes in the sealed housing placement and their electrical insulation from each other, filling the electrolytes housing. Introducing the C-14 isotope onto the first electrode surface carbon-containing materials layer.
EFFECT: invention allows to develop the electric charge accumulating device not requiring charging from the external electricity source.
