SUBSTANCE: locating device comprises at least one mounting support including central telescopic post. Post is equipped with attachment assembly to the housing of the spacecraft. At the end of telescopic rod a support plate is fixed. In the spacecraft mounting unit there is at least one additional telescopic post with support plate is installed pivotally with central telescopic post. Housings and extending elements of telescopic posts are made of plastically deformable material in the form of shell structures of box type with variable cross-section. Housings of posts and extending elements of posts are connected to each other by means of two locking mechanisms made up of two pairs of hinged plates with completely opened posts.

EFFECT: high efficiency of energy absorption.
