SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of purifying synthetic gas from biomass at negative pressure for production of oil products and its system. This method, high-temperature synthesis gas, extracted from the Gasifier, enters the water-cooled cooling tower at water-cooled tube and gas is partially cooled sprayed water with hardening slag; waste heat is extracted with the help of boiler-utiliser of waste heat-tube type and boiler-utiliser of waste heat boiler type in two stages with two pressure; by-products, pairs of medium pressure and low pressure steam out; After condensation of heavy resin and recovery of heat with the help of boiler-utiliser of waste heat boiler are cleaned and dust extraction type by means of Venturi scrubber without filler, fine purification from dust by wet electric dust collector and cleaning by removing mist from resin; the obtained product is withdrawn gas blower and fed into wet gas tank for storage or taken for use downstream.
EFFECT: task of cleaning are achieved by multistage cooling synthesis gas, gradual withdrawal of waste heat, stepped dust removal and removal of resin, and technical problems of complexity of the system, long flow, high energy consumption, low efficiency and low stability and saving are solved by optimisation of process and regulation of the corresponding parameters of the method.
