FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: system for increasing average life time of ozone, dissolved in liquid, contains input opening for liquid, located for reception of liquid into system; acid-based cation-exchange resin, connected with input opening for liquid by means of fluid, with resin being adapted to exchange of cations in said liquid with ions H+ on resin; unit of ozone dissolution, connected with input opening for liquid and acid-based cation-exchange resin by means of fluid; and output opening for liquid, connected by means of fluid with input opening for liquid, acid-based cation-exchange resin and unit of ozone dissolution. Unit of ozone dissolution and acid-based cation-exchange resin in combination ensure obtaining acidic ionised ozonised liquid for distribution from system through output opening for liquid. In addition, claimed is method for increasing average life time of ozone, dissolved in liquid, as well as application of system for increasing average life time of ozone, dissolved in liquid.

EFFECT: reduction of rate of ozone decomposition in liquid.
