FIELD: method of purification of crude spirit in pharmaceutic, food and other industries. SUBSTANCE: process includes separation of spirit into components, cooling, removal of impurities, gathering of ethyl alcohol and increasing of alcohol strength. Separation is carried out in channel with successive treatment by ultraviolet radiation and heating, introduction of aluminum hydroxide, filtering in permanent magnetic field through activated carbon, ozonization, introduction of edible soda solution, secondary filtering through activated carbon, air bubbling settling. Device for method embodiment includes tank with initial raw material, unit for separation of raw material into components, system for removal of impurities and accumulator. Unit for separation of raw material has unit of ultraviolet radiation with heating, averager with metering device for aluminum hydroxide, filtering column with permanent magnet. In addition, located behind accumulator are ozone treatment chamber, averager with metering device for supply of edible soda solution, second filtering column, air bubbler and settler.
