SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for winding a fiber optic cable (FOC) of the suspension wire, comprising the installation of the suspension wire installation on a coiler for coiling FOC electrically (ground wire or phase conductor), which has a base 1 made in the form of a tube with a longitudinal carrying wire groove 2 with a width greater than the diameter wound FOC. At the ends of the base top to its fixed brackets 4 and 5, the wheel 6, having a trough rim and the main motor 7 drives the wheels. Based on 1 set the carriage 21, with an electric rod 14 and the rack 28 with the drum 29 and the guide FOC counterweight to the load 32. Moreover, the base of the carriage and the frame have vertical groove 2 of width greater than the diameter of the carrier wire, through which during installation the coiler is passed carrying wire 3 along which it is in motion, and during rotation of the carriage is performed at a coiling EQA.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple and reliable method of winding in places of suspension to the supports on the insulators without dismantling.
