FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: device for winding a fibre-optic cable on a carrying wire, consisting of a coaxial device for coiling FOC on a conductor (ground wire or phase wire), which has base 1, made in the form of a pipe with a parallel carrying wire slot 2, wider than conductor diameter. Brackets 4 and 5 on which main wheels 6, having chute-like rim and main wheel drive electric motor 7 are installed on top of base on its ends. Support wheels (15 and 20) are hingedly mounted on the brackets. Carrier 21 is arranged on base 1. Using it frame 12 is installed rod with electric generator 14 and posts 25 with drum 26 FOC and guide with balancing weight 29.
EFFECT: device provides creation of easy-to-operate and reliable high-efficiency device.
