SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Dual-purpose turbine plant comprises heat-producing turbine with steam extractions, connected to regenerative and network heaters, condenser, turbine condensate pipeline with connected steam cooler seals of turbine and low pressure heaters regenerative cooler main ejectors, deaerator of make-up water heating system with source water pipelines connected to it, a heating agent, deaerated feed water heating system. Cooler main ejectors is connected as to cooling medium in pipeline heating agent before make-up water heating system.
EFFECT: higher reliability and economy of operation due to reliable cooling of coolant main ejectors and cooler of steam turbine seals, avoiding the need to the main condensate recirculation through these coolers in modes of turbine operation with low with steam to condenser and, consequently, elimination of heat losses from these coolers in condenser of the turbine.
