SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Dual-purpose turbine plant comprises heat-producing turbine with steam extractions, connected to regenerative and network heaters, condenser, turbine condensate pipeline with connected cooler main ejectors and regenerative low pressure heaters, a cooler of steam turbine feed water deaerator seals the heat network connected to a source water pipelines, heating agent, deaerated feed water heating system. Waste steam pipeline main ejectors is connected to the pipe heating agent deaerator of make-up water heating system.
EFFECT: higher reliability and economy of operation due to reliable cooling of the cooler of steam turbine sealing failure of main cooler of ejectors and avoiding the need to the main condensate recirculation through these coolers in modes of turbine operation with low with steam to condenser and, consequently, elimination of heat losses from these coolers in condenser of the turbine.
