SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. In a dual-purpose turbine plant comprising: a cogeneration turbine with steam extractors connected to regenerative and network heaters, a capacitor connected to the main ejector, main turbine condensate pipeline with connected regenerative low pressure heaters, a turbine seals steam cooler, a deaerator of the heating system feedwater makeup with source water pipelines connected thereto, a heating agent, deaerated feedwater makeup of the heating system, the waste steam pipeline of the main ejector is connected to the pipe of the heating agent of the deaerator of the heating system feedwater makeup, and the turbine seals steam cooler by the cooling medium is connected to the source water pipeline before the deaerator of the heating system feedwater makeup.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability and economy of the plant operation due to reliable cooling of the turbine sealing steam cooler, exclusion of the main ejector cooler and excluding the need for the main condensate recirculation through those coolers in the modes of the turbine operation with low steam intakes into the condenser and, consequently, elimination of heat losses from those coolers in the condenser of the turbine.
