FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: metal pouring under conditions of plain front of crystallisation is performed by melted metal supply to the mould cavity and ingot removal. The melted metal is different aluminium melts of first and second composition. The melted metal is supplied by supply of the metal first composition with definite flow rate from the firs feed chamber to the mixer, closing of the first geed chamber, supply of metal second composition to mixer through control device with definite flow rate, and melted metals supply from mixer to mould cavity. Removed ingot has top part, middle part and bottom part. Bottom part of the ingot is first composition metal, top part of the ingot is second composition metal. Middle part of the ingot has continuous gradient distribution of first and second compositions metal, at that quantity of first composition metal gradually decreases towards from the ingot bottom through thickness to the ingot top.

EFFECT: second composition metal gradually increases from the ingot bottom through thickness to the ingot top, and inside the ingot there are no oxide inclusions.
