FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, in particular, in surgery for fixation of mesh prosthesis spiral groove to tissues in laparoscopic hernia repair and open celotomy, for connection of tissues inside abdominal cavity. Device comprises disposable working part and reusable handle with reversible electric DC motor. Electric motor is connected by one side with reduction gear, and by other side is connected with electronic encoder, electrically connected with electronic unit, located in handle. Elements of contact group of automatic switching on/off supply of electronic unit are made in form of pair of contacts with pointed ends and web, consisting of several layers of metal foil. Pair of contacts with pointed ends are located in distal portion of handle body in longitudinal plane passing through axial line and symmetrically to it. Web is arranged in annular groove between parallel to each other external dielectric and internal dielectric elastic gasket on end surface of flange directed perpendicular to axial line of working part.
EFFECT: using invention provides system of monitoring underrunning.
