FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be applied in urology for suprapubic access to urinary bladder aimed at surgical treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children. Trocar for fixation of hollow organ wall contains one-piece connection of two tubes in distal part. Tubes are coaxially located with clearance. One-piece connection is made by means of fixing of distal end of external movable polymer tube into stop ring-shaped groove. Groove is located on external surface of internal tube. Mechanism for control over fixation mechanism contains button and spring-loaded catch for fixation of port from internal side of hollow organ and system of 4 rectangular slots. Slots are located on the surface of proximal part of internal tube. Two first slots ensure linear travel of control unit case in axial direction, are made symmetrical and parallel to internal tube axis. Two other slots ensure fixation of open and closed states of branches of fixation device, are made within the length of the first two slots and are located in one plane orthogonally oriented to the plane of the first slots.

EFFECT: increase of angle of operation field view, reduction of linear dimension of distal part of port, simplification of port construction, improvement of ergonomics of unit controlling opening of fixation device branches.
