SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical stapler comprises end clamp to receive upper cassette with suturing staples and lower cassette with suturing staples. Lower cassette with suturing staples includes staple ejectors arranged at non-right or oblique angle. Staple ejectors are located at opposite angles relative to perpendicular. Staple ejectors are additionally connected with actuating elements. Actuators are actuated by starting bar and/or wedge-like slide. Upper cassette with suturing staples also includes staple ejectors, which can deflect perpendicular. Upper cassette with suturing staples and/or lower cassette with suturing staples includes pockets to form staples. One staple ejector is located at right angle, and second staple ejector is located at non-right angle.
EFFECT: second staple ejector, when actuated, enters pressed recess oriented at angle.
