FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cooling system with a low temperature loop (2) for cooling charging air of an engine turbocharger (3) of an internal combustion engine and with an engine cooling loop (4). In cooling system, charging air cooler (9), located in low temperature loop (2), is configured to be connected by fluid communication with low temperature loop (2) or with cooling loop of engine (4) through a first valve device (10) on inlet side of coolant and through a second valve device (11) at outlet side of coolant.
EFFECT: invention reduces engine warm-up time and periodic temperature rise of charge air in a short period of time.
