FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Device for reduced heat treatment of inlet air by utilization of heat of exhaust gases of piston engine comprises liquid diesel heater (LDH) (1), distributor gate (2), distributor (3), gas-air pipes (4), connecting pipe gate (5), cylinders (6), exhaust manifolds (7), inlet manifolds (8), exhaust system (9), coolant pipeline (10), LDH (1) gas discharge pipe (11), oil crankcase (12), air distributor (13), turbo compressors (14), heat exchangers (15), air cleaner flap (17) and air cleaner (16). Device for reduced heat treatment of inlet air represents a three-circuit system. LDH (1) and internal combustion engine cooling system are connected to each other by pipelines (10) forming the first closed circuit of cooling liquid circulation. LDH gas distribution system and the engine exhaust system represent two separate circuits — the second and third circuits, respectively. Second circuit consists of two lines and includes the following elements — LDH (1), distributor (3), which sets two directions of movement along the first line to crankcase (12) sump and along the second line to the air supply system through gas-air pipe (4), heat exchangers (15), air distributor (13), inlet manifolds (8) and gate (5) of the connecting pipe. Third circuit includes exhaust manifolds (7), turbo compressors (14), heat exchangers (15) and exhaust system (9).

EFFECT: reduction of time for thermal preparation and engine start-up.
