FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for producing multilayer film polymeric materials, which selectively absorb radiation. Fluorescent polymer film made of a thermoplastic polymer with a fluorescent component and paraffin hydrocarbons, introduced into volume of polymer. Film comprises at least one additional layer formed by co-extrusion of related thermoplastic polymer having improved mechanical properties. Fluorescent component used is quantum dots, introduced in an amount of not more than 0.5 wt%. Thermoplastic polymer for layer with fluorescent component used is a polymer compatible with quantum points.
EFFECT: invention provides higher tensile strength and elongation at break film, high transparency, as well as high fluorescence quantum yield.
