SUBSTANCE: wind power generator contains a tower, a wind wheel with a horizontal axis, pulleys with a flexible connection, a generator, and a rotary base. The rotary base of the wind power generator is made in the form of a body of rotation with conical upper and cylindrical lower parts. The tower is made in the form of plates fixed at the conical part of the rotary base, a hub node of the wind wheel with a primary pulley is fixed in an upper part of plates, a bearing node with a secondary pulley, which is connected to the generator, using a shaft, is installed in a lower part of plates.

EFFECT: increase in resistance to wind gusts and reduction in the weight of a tower, while providing orientation along a direction of wind.
