The structure (24) controlling the fluid flow is formed between the first absorbent layer (22) and the lower sheet (4). The structure controlling the fluid flow (24) is a layered structure comprising an unperforated fibrous polymeric layer (31) and the first perforated polymeric layer (32) with a base weight of 50 g/m² to 150 g/m².
