FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic mixer nozzle comprises a body with an opening for the axial inlet of the first component located inside the body and an axially movable nozzle comprising a cone-shaped cavity connected to the nozzle outlet section by a slotted hole and comprising a device for axial movement of the nozzle in the form of an eccentric drive and located tangentially to the body. The nozzle also includes a tangentially located branch pipe for the inlet of the second component connected to the cavity inside the body surrounding the tapered cavity and connected to the nozzle outlet section with holes located on both sides of the slot holes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of media processing, expressed in increasing dispersity and homogeneity of the processed media, stable operation of the acoustic mixer as a whole.
