SUBSTANCE: invention relates to single-stage two-drum molding machine for making car tyres and to production of tire. Proposed single-stage two-drum molding machine for making car tyres which contains main machine including housing of breaker drum, ring for transfer of tire bead, molding drum casing, molding drum, base and sliding frame ring for breaker transfer, breaker drum, combined shaft and device for preliminary installation of tire bead. Service device comprises service device for tread, breaker layer device service, service device for tire tread and main service device. Workstation for layering containing breaker drum, on one side of breaker drum, installed along axial line of main shaft main machine for completion of layering breaker and tread and tire tread winding. Workstation for layering containing primary service device, on one side of molding drum installed along axial line of the main shaft main machine for completion of layering tyre sidewalls, internal sealing layer and cord fabric. Workstation for moulding and pressing on one side of combined shaft installed along axial line of main shaft main machine to prepared assembly containing breaker, running protector and tread and prepared assembly having tire side strip, inner sealing layer and frame, transporting to working station and connected with onboard tire ring for forming and pressing with inversion of workpiece. At that, working station for moulding and pressing is located between working station for layering containing breaker drum, and work station for layering containing primary service device. Body forming drum is installed on base and sliding frame to slide to displace molding drum to working station for moulding and extrusion.

EFFECT: technical result is simplified design of molding machine and decreased overall dimensions.
