FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for production of pneumatic tyre. Method consists in production of non-vulcanised tyre on support device. Non-vulcanised tyre is moulded and vulcanised. The stage of non-vulcanised tyre production includes making at least one element of structure comprising at least one first part made of first non-vulcanised elastomer material and at least one second part made of first non-vulcanised elastomer material. At that at least one second part is distanced along axis from at least one first part. Mentioned stage of production includes creation of at least one first part by means of winding of at least one continuous extended element made of first non-vulcanised elastomer material, by means of reciprocal mutual motion of support device and at least one feeding device for feeding of at least one continuous extended element. Beginning of superimposition of continuous extended element is realised in place that is distanced along axis from at least one first part, with simultaneous continued feeding of at least one continuous extended element for creation of at least one second part. At least one second part is also created by means of winding of at least one continuous extended element made of first non-vulcanised elastomer material, through rotary reciprocal motion of support device and at least one feeding device relative to each other. At that at least one element of structure comprises at least one third part made of second non-vulcanised elastomer material that differs from first elastomer material. At least one third part is created by means of winding of at least one additional continuous extended element made of second non-vulcanised elastomer material, by means of rotary reciprocal mutual motion of support device and at least one additional feeding device of at least one additional continuous extended element. When winding, multiple turns are created, which are arranged side along side along axis and/or superimposed one onto another along radius.
EFFECT: development of efficient method for production of non-vulcanised tyre on support device.
