SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing tires of transport facilities to create tires. In plant for formation of vehicle wheel tyres molding drum is loaded onto shuttle device, moving along guide along laying line (L). Shuttle device is moved along guide in two directions (S1, S2) of movement, delivering it on semi-finished products distribution stations, which are located, at least in some laying places (18i, 18ii, 18iii, 18iv, 18v, 18vi), located in spatial sequence along laying line (L). At each distribution station, at least one semi-finished product are laid on surfaces, radially external relative to molding drum, transferred by means of shuttle device for formation of at least one tire component. Shuttle device is moved along guide in sequence different from spatial sequence of said laying areas (18i, 18ii, 18iii, 18iv, 18v, 18vi) along laying line (L).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plant for production of tires.
