METHOD OF STABILISATION OF BEARING PARAMETERS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01M13/04

Abstract RU 2581414 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method means the bearing rotation under load, wherein external load is directed to axis of the bearing at angle 12 degrees maximum, number of balls during machining is set equal to 4-6, as balls the balls out of the material with hardness by 8-12 HRC higher than hardness of material of the bearing rings, and force acting on the bearing is set such that during running-in the balls execute the plastic deformation of the race.

EFFECT: reduced contact stresses, and increased bearing operability.
