FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of ball bearing races raceways. Ball bearing ring is rotated and pressing to its ball rolling tool raceway is performed. Axis of ball rolling tool is aligned with rotation axis of ball bearing ring. Ball rolling tool containing mandrel with conical surface and balls, which freely roll on said mandrel taper surface, which angle coincides with angle of contact of balls and raceway of assembled ball bearing are used. Balls diameter of rolling tool is equal to diameter of balls in machined ball bearing.
EFFECT: as result, reduced wear of ball rolling tool.
