FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrochemical labeling deep metal parts. Process uses the template from the permeable dielectric bases coated with a circuit being marked signs of a conductive material, the pattern set on the basis of the dielectric surface of the workpiece, and the contours of marked symbols template is pressed against the cathode. Moreover, through the space between said substrate and supplying a pulsed cathode electrolyte under pressure and the highest pumping speed is set until the ejection of the electrolyte from the substrate and the cycle times of the electrolyte in the pulse cycle time is chosen to be paused. Apparatus comprises said template cathode flow control of the electrolyte and a control unit feeding electrolyte into the space between the substrate and the cathode, which is in the form of a wire brush with needles adapted to make contact with said contour of marked symbols, and the connection to the constant current, and the control unit configured to enable or disable the flow regulator electrolyte.
EFFECT: invention provide improved accuracy in the depth of the marks and signs boundaries profile.
